Crockpot Beefy Queso Party Dip

Happy Memorial Day weekend, friends! Hooray for the {unofficial} start of SUMMER! Two things that come to mind when I think about summertime are get togethers and NOT wanting to warm my house with the oven. Thankfully I've got a recipe that takes care of both. This crowd-pleasing crockpot dip won't heat your house, but will be the hottest snacketizer at your next Summer soiree!

CROCKPOT BEEFY QUESO PARTY DIP

ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS!:

1 lb. Hamburger
1 (32-ounce) loaf of Velveeta, cubed
2 cans of Rotel
1 can of Cheddar Cheese Soup

STEPS TO CREATING A TASTE BUD FIESTA:

1. Brown hamburger and drain.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cover & cook on high {stirring occasionally} until cheese is thoroughly melted.
4. Share with other lovers of cheesy deliciousness and enjoy a heaping helping yourself! ;)
